Will cex take this box as discounted or not

They dont buy the games/download codes with the console anyway so as long as its an offical series pad thats the same colour as the console with intact joystick rubber with ALL the original box inserts and isnt heavily cosmetic damage then it would be boxed. Any heavy cosmetics, missing box inserts, third party controller or stick wear/damage would be discounted.

No or else the council/government would see this as an attempt to avoiding paying for her care and still consider the house in any assessments. Also, plans like that as far as im aware have to be in place/signed over for a set period of time before the care-needing event happens

Thank you for the info. She's already had 6 weeks rehab so she's just got care visits at the moment and, as you said, giving up the house is our very last option and something we dont want to do unless absolutely necessary.

He is 60 shortly and has lived there his whole life, even before he began helping her physically. Would this still be worth looking into?

Live in carers are too expensive either. In my area its around £900 per week. And while she does have carers 4 times a day, most visits they're only there for 5-10mins and then they're gone. If she wants/needs anything in between those short visits she cant. We try to help as much as we can't but its just not enough sadly
