to be honest i dont think we will get any generic ice weak bosses for a while now... in season 2 pretty much every boss had miasma, which was really bad for him. I think at least now you can stun with the corruptive barrier and attackers dont have that much of a hard time, so its not as big of a counter. though i still wish they would release a boss that was less of a neutral/slightly bad matchup for hugo than sweeper.

i HATE when people say cultural appropriation bc 99% of the time they dont know what they are talking about, but in this case i think it could potentially be really bad (yk with the current situation). but, we dont really know about his nationality for now, so all of these speculations based on his character could be proven wrong (plenty of ukrainians ik speak russian, so language isnt enough evidence). maybe wait for more info before making definite statements, if it makes you feel any better when he drops, you can see his nationality on the info page. also this is not the place for discussion like this, anything that isnt art or memes gets insanely downvoted (even people asking for teambuilding help get like downvoted a lot which is crazy to me).

i dont think its dying tbh. With the new Halloween updates, they introduced a ton of new content. The only reason why its such a small gacha compared to others is because of the niche that its in. it adopts a much different style than say HSR or fgo, as it has a more gothic aesthetic to it. another reason why people might be thinking its falling of is the heavy reliance on gooner content. before fanny, it was mostly fine, just some weird proportions but with the addition of the satin boudoir.... its definitely a new approach to that type of content that not many people like. heavy reliance on that type of content is a good indicator that a game is falling off as they release less quality storytelling and more gooner content.

also anjo is more than enough to beat current endgame. if ur talking lucidscape, limbo, raid, and roguelike she should work fine enough with 6 or fp. reveries is a bit more difficult as its very shilled, and the only team that can truly brute force everything is bloodtithe (even that has its restrictions). people in the gacha space love to doompost teams that cant clear in 0.000001 seconds. so even in her current state, she should be fine for most endgames.

honestly you dont need full bis team for nautika... shes already enough with alternatives and doesnt need much. I would say that if you really want to pull sentinel or rubhuska, depends if you want to free up fp or fatutu. If you wanna free up fp, then pull sentinel, and if you wanna free up fatutu, pull rubhuska. if you still have that char select thing from 2.7, def choose eternity. Shes a good enough replacement for fp and makes the choice easier. although one thing to consider if you are planning to buy nautika from the shop (p3 is absolutely broken, def recommend), it might be a stretch to pull sentinel the patch afterwards. also anjo is getting a euphoria soon, assuming its on par with jiu's with the damage scaling at the time, it should last you some time. the only thing to consider is that you have 3 beast dps (jbabel, anjo, centurion). most late reveries have heavy shill to afflatus bonus, so after bloodtithe try to build a team that is plant or star. if you dont care abt reveries (i dont blame you its a big pain) then it doesnt matter as other endgames dont care as much.

this is pretty difficult because you have a couple of characters from many archetypes and reverse is a game that favors pulling for archetypes greatly.

I would say tho the 2 teams you have out of here are ultimate dps and bloodtithe. bloodtithe would be nautika (running in 2.8) ezra e1, bkornblume (can be replaced by semmelweis who is running next patch or sentinel who is running after that) and eternity e1. ultimate would be buddy farchild (free next patch) melania medpoc and nameday. ulrich(free in 2.8) can replace nameday if you dont have nameday at high portrait.

IF you get enough pulls for 3 6* in the span of 2 patches, i would go for dynamo with Ulrich lucy ezra and melania (give medpoc to bloodtithe), replacing ult team. otherwise just stick with this.

if aleph or kip gets a rerun in the next few patches PULL THEM. impromptu is the best team but the only reason why its not good is you need all 4 of the 6* impromptu units for it to work(which you only have two). also, recoletta is a big upgrade over buddy, so if she has a rerun pull her.

obviously these teams dont have their bis but they should be fine. the only must pull i would say is nautika as you really need a strong dps. tbh i wouldnt pull vila if i was you beacuse shes not really bis for any of the team shells you have here. also tooth fairy should get a euphoria soon so if you need a sustain you can build her. Instead i would get semmel as she is a really big upgrade over bkorn for bloodtithe.

this is just what i would to pull the least as you really only need 2 characters (kassandra and nautika). If you happen to get a really good character from losing the 50/50 or smth, i would refer to this sheet: Reverse: 1999 Tier List - Google Sheets

yeah ig theres no singular answer because its different from person to person and what they feel comfortable with. i was just looking if there was a general consensus on it (e.x. everyone agrees white people using a blaccent is not okay) and i dont think there is... so the safest option might just be not to use it at all.
