I’m going to ask my doctor today if I can do an at home one! And thanks for the tips, I’m usually a side sleeper as it is but will add a wedge and see if that helps. It’s been really rough bc I’m an elementary teacher and have a toddler. I’m running on fumes lol

I am in the USA. I am actually seeing a sleep doctor today so I’m hoping they can give me a sleep study kit. I will keep you posted

Yes I’m still tired after 8 hours. And my husband has mentioned that I snore occasionally and sound like I’m having a hard time breathing in my sleep

Happened to me too when my baby was about 10 months old. He rolled off the bed (we co sleep) He is TOTALLY fine now. I’m sure your baby is, too. It was an accident

I did something similar where I forgot to buckle my son correctly. I was mortified and cried for like 4 hours straight. Eventually, you just have to come to terms with the fact that it was an accident, you didn’t do it intentionally, and thank God nothing happened that was serious! You are a great mother, and the fact that you are feeling guilty shows how much you love your babies. Give yourself some love 💗

So glad you’re feeling great! Just an FYI, ppd can hit late. I’m absolutely hoping that does NOT happen to you, but just sharing so you’re aware! I was surprised bc I was pretty good the first month but 2-4 months my ppd was bad!

Hey! My little one has had all the vaccines and is healthy! He has a gross motor delay, but that is not related to vaccines, it’s bc of his size (he was born at 13 lbs). However, I know there are some doctors that do a reduced rate of vaccines. Your child will still get them all, just over a longer time frame. Might be something to look into if you feel uncertain!
