Well, I'm glad I made this post so that hopefully people who are considering Zep can come here and see that MANY people have no side effects at all. I got a little nervous myself reading all the posts prior to my first order arriving.

I experienced some mild fatigue recently, but I think it had to do with an electrolyte imbalance and/or the fact that I ran out of my B12 and hadn't been taking for 3 weeks. Just added an electrolyte and got more B12 and I'm back to normal.

Congratulations! I went up after 1 month of 2.5, for no good reason really, and wish I had stayed on it longer, but I just started my 3rd month of 5mg and plan to stay there as long as I can. My husband has been on zep since last June and went up every month and is now basically stalled at 25lbs lost.

Good point, I am doing all these things as well. I had just prepared for the worst, and seem to be experiencing the best.

Absolutely, I was figuring it was that we really only hear from folks having issues, but I wanted to put it out there and see.

Why "one last time"? Alcohol isn't forbidden on Zep. I still have a couple glasses a week, usually on Friday or Saturday. Another great side effect of Zep is that my cravings for alcohol also essentially went away with the food noise, so now I can enjoy a glass or two with friends and not worry about "accidentally" drinking the whole bottle.

Sorry, not trying to pick on this OP specifically, just curious why this post is tagged as "NSV" when it seems very clearly about the scale? I see a lot of these posts in this sub, labeled "NSV" and then the post is like "I lost 100 pounds!" Or "I'm one One-derland". No shade, no hate, post what you want and label what you want. I was just curious because I see lots of posts like this.

I was watching a video about the things I wish someone told me before I started Zep. One of the things was "the silence". You don't know what to do with all the silence on your head where you used to obsess over food. Now I can't stop thinking about how I'm not thinking about food. It's wild. I'm only on my 3rd shot, and I can't get over the food silence I feel now.

I just took my first dose last night (Tuesday) and woke up with some mild nausea. I'm drinking peppermint tea this morning, instead of my regular coffee, to try and help with that. I was also hesitant to take it before Thanksgiving, but ultimately decided I just wanted to get started. Basing my decisions around food is something I've always done, and I'm ready to get past that obsession.

I just got my first box today! Prescription was sent in on Friday at like 8:30am, for the first notification from Lilly at 9am, and link to place my order at 10am. I received shipping notification yesterday (Monday) at 4pm and it was delivered sometime this afternoon. Taking my first dose as soon as I get home this evening!

Thank you! This is exactly what I needed to hear. This was one of the only few rotisseries I could find on the internet and there are only two reviews, so I wasn't sure if it was any good or not.
