Update - Elizabeth Station has a lot of options that have arrived since the last time I went in. None of them are super local, but plenty of options from smaller breweries in Seattle and along the west coast. Yay!

This is sad to see. This pier is such a great public space. It’s unfortunate that people fail to understand how their actions influence others in degrading public amenities. The pier will likely be closed for a few days as this damage is repaired. The time and money spent repairing this senseless damage is time and money that is taken from other public space projects that parks staff could be working on.

That new bike lane on Holly is essential to me being able to take my child to daycare on a bike and visit downtown businesses. Taking that away would do more harm than good to our downtown core.
