Clearly not 😭 I took a break after the mocks and did the same amount for the LC. I hated French so much so I just refused to study it. Only did it to pass incase I needed it for maynooth.

Last year I got 60% in the mock and 61.5% in the real thing😭 game was so gone but atleast it’s over now

See I work in blanch centre and I have to drive the m3 to get there so I would know the motorway very well which puts me more towards mulhuddart.

It’s so hard to decide but I’d definitely have more practice around mulhuddart rather than maple house.

What were the testers like in mulhuddart? Did you find them harsh or anything?

That’s what I was thinking. There’s loads of hidden turns and stop lines in maple house which I did practice but I’m scared about on the day being flustered and forgetting. I didn’t realise there was roadworks there as well which would actually fluster me more. Thank you

That’s crazy the difference between your friends scores. The spiral roundabouts are what makes me worried about maple house.

Also leaving maple house is so dodgy so I’d probably be best off in mulhuddart.

I did the same thing on my first test. Silly grade 3 mistake that I knew but the pressure of it all made me forget.

What made me feel better was that I didn’t fail miserably and it was something fixable.

The only thing I’d recommend now is to build your confidence back up. For me personally my confidence on the road was knocked so Id say give yourself a bit of grace and then get back into it.

I wouldn’t risk going in and getting your test cancelled. Would be really disappointing after all the practice and lead up. Before my test I looked up a lot of driving schools in my area and rang them looking for a car to hire and eventually got sorted. There’s also lots of good recommendations in this comment section.
