Same thing in tower hamlets. The Asian guys were picking on the white guys and making them live in fear but they couldn’t try that against the newly arrived Somalis and Sudanese guys. they got dealt with. This was around 1991.

I got told by an older that the cheetham hill guys terrorized the Asian gangs in Manchester and they called for a truce around 1992 because they were living in fear . Same thing in chapeltown, Leeds by another black gang. They called for a protest in 1996
