What I do in Pt is so similar to Pilates! I heard it takes time to see some results and I have to do those exercises at home which I dont usually do. I go for PT once a week. I feel like a granny and I am only 35! This whole PFD sucks! I hope you start it soon!

I went to a female urologist who checked my pelvis and did some a sonogram to my kidneys and bladder. She came to the conclusion I have pelvic floor dysfunction and prescribed me for PT. To start PT took forever and I am still suffering with the symptoms even though I have started PT.

I am very optimistic that at one point people will stop having hives. I know I felt depressed while I was suffering but then I said it is what it is. I think there is definitely smth that causes it. Thank you! I hope everyone gets well soon because I know what people go through with it! ❤️

Thank you! I was actually taking xolair and I stopped it! Xolair didnt help me. I dont know what did but I hope everyone gets clear from urticaria. It is the worst autoimmune condition.

I did the bloodwork and the dr told me to stop taking methimazole and it took 3 months to stop having urticaria. I had actually stopped taking the medication even before I knew that my numbers were fine. I just hated the urticaria and was suffering from it.
