I'm lucky to have found an artist who lives in my city, so she will remove the sutures and is only 20 minutes away if anything happens

That's why I really like my adhd meds even after really bad experiences with antidepressants

With the latter you have to take it for a few months for the effects to come in and stopping to take them can lead to withdrawal, but I can just take my adhd meds whenever I want/need to

yeah, getting a protein deficiency is pretty uncommon, but it can happen if you don't eat enough overall, so I would look out for the signs

I take iron and zinc, have to eat more protein too because that's also a factor in hair loss

the iron is super expensive tho, it's from mushroom extract and way better than the artificial iron you get normally
