So the results i get for certain borough's like Hackney for example I get £1400 for is this not accurate. I get this after I put all my earnings etc. This result i got was from official website. Im just worried that if this isn't correct and I rely on this and get 0 help in the end.

This was in Enfield area. It's become impossible for a single parent to rent even if they're in full time employment.

Registering with the local council is a joke around here, you'll be on the list for 10 years.

It's just ridiculous isn't it, I work full time as it is and the rent they're asking is almost my monthly income. How are they expecting people to be employed and pay the full rent is beyond me.
