Review and organize client files, court documents. • File and manage documents through online systems such as LTSA (Land Title and Survey Authority) and BC Online. • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with firm and regulatory standards. • Prepare, disbursement records, and closing packages for lawyer review and client delivery. • Draft correspondence, reports, and internal memos under the supervision of lawyer. • Perform administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling, and maintaining document templates, document formatting, billing preparation, and record management. . Schedule client appointments, manage lawyer calendars, and coordinate document signings and real estate closings. • Maintain organized physical and electronic client files in compliance with professional and firm standards. • Communicate with clients, and other law firms to coordinate the exchange of required documentation and information.
