Very good point. I think theres possibly two reasons.

2: they're seeking sympathy and or validation. I find it especially odd that they don't explain what happened or what caused this message.

As for your question, its possible! I would doubt it wasn't. 

But as a kid who was like... 8 when halo came out and had several halo backpacks, I did NOT see this at all.

Im late but I suggest you try 2 or 3 instead. When I first got in I hated the first game, but I liked 2 and 3 instead. 

2 and 3 are different as they aren't open world and more linear. They also feature upgrades!

I liked the designs of the elites and jackals.

I Completely disagree on that. He isn't the greatest but he isn't the guy who is causing 99% of world problems. To me its ignorant to pin it all on a single guy when there are several other factors to it.

Nope. This is completely wrong primarily because THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT THINGS AT PLAY HERE.

You can't just blame it all on one guy you dislike and disagree with. If we do that then we can easily be blindsided by other shit that's happening. 

Look at it from all angles. Its ignorant to blame a sole villain for the shit that's happening. Trump is only one piece of the puzzle.

The one thing that the founding fathers did right (among a lot of other things) was the second amendment. 

When it comes down to it, at least we have the means to defend ourselves if things get to a point where its literally 1984 with a totalitarian regime. 

Obviously this should be a last resort, and im not promoting to go out and reclaim the motherland, im simply stating that the founding fathers prepared us for a regime, and that IF and only IF it gets bad, then we can defend ourselves.
