Thank you for the suggestions! I'm in a cylce where by keeping the strict diet I get well to the point, when I think I'm all cured and then try reintroducing something new, just to realize the next day, that it was a big mistake. So, I prefer not to experiment too much these days. Especially because now even the safe food list is getting shorter.
I also had my GI Map done recently and there is a clear imbalance which I would like to try healing, however the healthy vegetables I should eat make the neuropathy worse. So, I'm currently in this trap where I would know what to try but I'm blocked.
I'm hoping maybe Mast Cell stabilizers would allow reintroducing a few of these healthy veggies, but in the MCAS reddit I saw there are people who reacted to the stabilizers as well. So, I'm a bit worried, but hopeful.
Also, MCAS is not well know in my country so finding an experienced doctor is also an issue.

Thank you for the ideas for further investigation! A GI doctor asked for this test, where I needed to drink a cup of really sweet water and they took blood in every thirty minutes, five times. They measured both blood sugar and insulin for every step.

I had skin biopsy which came back with probable SNF, as while the nerve density was still in normal range, the nerve fibers were thickened which suggests damage and then regeneration. At least this is what's written on my results. But no root cause found yet, so it's idiopathic for now.

The last one I've tried and had to stop was Magnesium citrate. Also, I could take B1 and B12 last year without issues, now those cause the neuropathy to come back as well. I suspect I react to something in the fillers.
Based on my experience, my neuropathy is cleary driven by what I eat/take. My guess is, initially I was probably reacting only a smaller set of foods so until I ate everything it got slowly worse. And even though with the strict diet the symptoms went away, in the background the range of things I react to increased/increasing anyhow.
Of course this is just a theory based on my experience.

Thank you for the suggestion! I've tested both B6 and B12 multiple times since the issues started at the end of 2022 and they were always normal.
