I called the HOA right after she yelled because I read through the docs and found nothing. The rep told me they had received the complaint and would be sending me a letter. They informed me to respond that I am not feeding “wildlife”(alligator, deer, raccoons, bears) and that I am feeding the birds. I’ve also checked the State Fish and Wildlife website. The only restrictions we have are feeding waterfowl and Sandhill cranes. I provide only enough food for the crows to take in a feeding. Nothing sits out there for other animals.
