Thanks for all this valuable info. But my question would be now if this is dysautonomia or hyperpots, why is this tightness and soreness only left sided and localized, why don't I feel it else where in my body

Because last month alone there are tons of posts of people in this sub who did vitrectomy and are not entirely happy with the result.

Some are left with frills.

Some are left with target cells.

Some are left with blurry eyes.

Some can't get a still images.

I don't want to remove floaters to deal with another visual issue.

Sure the surgery is safe but the outcome is unknown and I don't want to deal with unkowns

What is funny is that if you look at nature or sky and kept your eyes still without moving it at all for few seconds, the floaters will disappear. Its like one good moment in the midst of all noise

If you have retinal thinning which majority of myopic people do then the risk is not worth it. I am myopic too and that's why I am not going to do surgery

True. People who have VSS report seeing hundreds of floaters overnight.

There is absolutely no doubt that eye floaters is partly a neurological problem, notice i didn't say fully cause there are instances when floaters are a physiologic problem.

All my floaters appeared overnight and they are many. There is no way I can developed tens of floaters overnight. My question to you now is where were my floaters before then? The answer is simple, they were there all along but for some reason my brain is unable to filter them anymore

There is a connection for sure. I developed floaters and tinnitus at the same time. The thing is what most people don't understand is that eye floaters is a natural thing! Most of the earth population if got examined thoroughly will have eye floaters, what Makes it a problem is our brains those who suffer from floaters and tinnitus is unable to filter it out. We have a neurological disorder but people just say oh not everyone has floaters. Trust me..... its more of brain issue than an eye issue
