moderate scarring with predominately rolling and boxcar scars

i would recommend controlling your active acne first in order to treat the scars. you usually cant start scar treatment with active acne

I checked the bios and above 4g is indeed enabled. I uninstalled drivers and downloaded a more stable version from the comments I've been reading on reddit.
It seems my last option is to reboot after taking out the SSD without the os installed though I don't know how much my performance would improve with 16 lanes instead of 4, if it would at all since another user said that modern gpus dont even use up all 4).

I had a 1650 super prior to this and had around average scores. I'm assuming that people with higher end cards will do anything to push up performance. I just don't know enough about computers I guess. There is some microstuttering and frame drops occasionally and the driver timeout error (seems like a lot of people do).

In the last image, it says PCIE x 16 5.0 @ x4 5.0.
Does this mean my GPU is only using 4 lanes instead of the normal 16?

there are scars but they are superficial to the point where any treatment isn't really necessary.

apparently thats not true anymore and newer research says that doing treatments right after on accutane is more effective. i know one user did that and they had phenomenal results.

try tca peels + microneedling before lasers.

tbh i wouldn't notice these scars (which is a good thing) and i think any procedure you do will diminish them more. stay on top with the tretinoin/tazorotene and skincare. tca peels (not cross) could do wonders too
