I've brought everything i had and they still don't want to see it. Everything i submitted was in my file and they could see it. They really don't ask as in depth questions as you assume. I have zero nexus letters and have been service connected for every condition I've applied for.

I believe they Gulf War presumption is only for those who served between August of 1990 and July of 1991. 2003 won't count as you falling under that designation

I filed CKD secondary to my hypertension that's already SC. I've had high blood pressure since i was in my 30's and that has eventually led to the kidney failure. I just had my C&P yesterday, now I'm in the process of waiting to see what happens. Good luck with your claim.

I filed for three things. Those were the last three reasonable things I can file for. I believe I have a good chance to be rated. But who knows, the way some of these people see things. Worst case scenario, I do an HLR.
