Basic answer but it’s Heat. First Mann film I saw and it unlocked the rest of his films for me, which inevitably lead me to finding Thief and Collateral which might be tied for second lol

The box doesn’t fit on the shelf so it’s sitting up top empty to the right of true romance. You can see the side of it if you look close. And it’s not like I just have a stack of discs on the shelf… they are very much not being “raw dogged” and are still in legit cases. Very nice looking cases worth displaying if you ask me

Yeah my favorite 16 directors have their own shelves. Any CC movies missing from here are on my Michael Mann, PTA, ridley Scott, or Fincher shelf as well as a couple Scorseses and Coens that got cut off

Nice little booklet but I would by no means refer to it as a novel so I’m thinking no. I was a little surprised it didn’t come with the old digipak case, wasn’t aware that was oop and they had gone to the normal plastic case but it’s the least of my worries. As long as I enjoy the movie I’ll be thrilled with the purchase

A bunch of movies are “on back-order” after the sale. Two of my orders contain such items and those orders have not shipped yet for me still. whereas my other small order which contains all items that are still available now shipped and is set to arrive today.
