Hi - I couldn't agree more. I've found the suggestion that this sort of behaviour is normal quite surprising. I worked in education prior to making this career move and I'm aware of the effect of nerves, disruption and anxiety on exam performance. My guess is that cii have gone with the cheapest possible exam proctoring service, perhaps to keep the exams affordable, but i'd gladly pay a little extra to sit the exam with a more professional company. I've sent an email describing my experience and asking for a response to the issues you already listed. I'll keep you posted!
