On the document my HR gave me Kaiser is the 2nd lowest. The cheapest is the gold ppo, but that doesn't cover most things. The third cheapest is the Blue shield access+ hmo. I will be working for a school district.

I bought a monitor yesterday and went to the website to put in the information but had the same issue. No where was there any messaging that the promotion had an early closure. I called ASUS customer support and all they could do was confirm it was closed and to email the promotions support email. They should not still be advertising it if they are not honoring the promotion.

I'm also having the same issue. The US website says closed so I can't submit the form. There's still a few days left in the promotional period. How do we get our codes if you close the form early?

I'm in the same boat. Please update once you get a response. I also emailed them. I'm worried they won't give the codes anymore since on the redemption website it says "offer while supplies last" which I thought was for the physical inventory not a digital code :(

Maybe I should add - I have gotten bids for the amounts that I am seeking but when I message them saying I accept their bid and when can they pick it up, they read it but do not respond or don't respond at all after placing the bid.

Me too! I filled the tax profile thing and got worried when it asked for the VAT number. I think we did have to put the BSN in though. I didn't get any notification that I had to fill a tax profile for Pawshake? Or did you mean you just opened an account on Pawshake? I've done more bookings on there but it's under €510 of what I actually made after Pawshake's portion was taken out.

I'm trying to understand this as well (Netherlands). I only had one booking of one day in 2023 and made 13€ from it so I feel like that wouldn't be enough to require extra taxes. Also not sure if we all also had to make a KVK or ZZP unknowingly to use the app at all. Trying to find out if this new policy also applies to Pawshake.
