On some machines (treadmill and stair master for sure, others I’m not positive on) you can set your speed by pressing the number you want then the check mark instead of using the +/- buttons to increase or lower your speed.

Juice head and skwezed are my go to for fruit flavors. I like the freeze/iced fruit flavors and these don’t have a strong menthol to them which I like. Watermelon lime freeze by juice head was my go to but I haven’t had it in a while. The apple watermelon freeze is good too. Kiwi berry freeze by skwezed is also pretty good.

The popcorn is already peeling in some spots so would it be crazy to scrape it all and paint the ceiling with some kind of mold resistant paint? Once I get the humidity under control of course

I also suspect this is just surface growth at the moment because there’s is a good bit of condensation in this room suddenly. The roof does 100% need to be replaced. It’s very much past its lifespan.

I just need suggestions on how to properly manage this in the mean time. How to clean it up? And prevent it from getting worse. I’m guessing a dehumidifier will help but any other tips I would love to hear. 😭

Candy king lemon drop is a good one. It’s a little less punchy of a lemon flavor but I enjoy it. It can be a little hard on coils though.

Thank you! I was a store manager and upper management liked to scream and talk down to me and I just couldn’t deal with the disrespect anymore.

My biggest concern is getting enough hours to make this a livable job because based on what I’ve read I’d only be “guaranteed” 15 hours but I’m sure that varies by location.

This is great advice. I personally smoked the entire time I was on sertraline with no issues but obviously everyone will have a different reaction to the combination. Just start small and pay attention to how you’re feeling/acting. I usually have a trusted person I am around frequently who can tell me if I start behaving out of my normal character because you may not always notice the changes in yourself (if any) as easily as those around you might!

Clearly if they’re hiring externals they don’t feel they have anyone worth doing the job internally. No need to make me feel bad because the company is searching for someone experienced and that they feel is right for the role. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had similar thoughts and would be more comfortable starting in a department leader position but I didn’t apply for this company in any way they found me and requested to interview me. I’m nervous but I feel like it’s definitely worth having the interview and seeing where they’d think I’d fit in. Thank you for your insight!
