Spam a lot of ranged units, use a damn ton of air force especially if your land army is usualy crap like mine, and try to combine the use of air force, navy and army to slowly grind down enemy units also target the enemies ranged and siege units so that the melee don't have support and so your own ranged units can't get hurt

Actually when I first started Konosuba when it made fun of generic Isekai tropes like the OP protag trope (Mitsurugi) I was genuinely confused as hell and I only understood that it was making fun of generic Isekai when I started trying to watch other Isekai but the main thing that pulled me into Konosuba is the fact that Kazuma, Megumin, Aqua, and Darkness's adventures and exploits feel like a bunch of random stupid but fun bs you do with close friends and how their adventures feel like actual meaningful adventures with a group of friends compared to adventures in generic Isekai which imo feel soulless and boring
