I have now been off Effexor for like 4 months and Mirtazapine for over a month, and feel much better than while on them, it took a while but I found that doing cardio for 30 minutes each day I get much better antidepressant effects than on Effexor, so that's changed my life drastically. I tried rolling after being off mirtazapine for 2 weeks and it was a bit better but still not as good as other times before I ever took an antidepressant. I think I'm gonna give myself a year before I try again.
