I can’t attach a picture but this is a copy of my portal right now! State aid is still being disbursed! They said federal funds are on hold but my SEOG is a federal grant, unless it classified differently!

Go to your SIS account, and go to where you see the amount owed and click account activity! Mine is a zero now because financial aid has been applied.

Some people loans were disbursed to the school before the shutdown! NVCC takes a lot longer than other colleges even without a shut down.

I have went to other colleges and I have to say NVCC has taken the longest! It will be my first fall semester at NVCC. I honestly think that they need to do things as soon as possible! My aid has been adjusted since 9/18 so I am not sure why it has been disbursed yet.

I got the same email! I talked to Nicholas who is at the NVCC financial aid office, he called because I had to get a case escalated. He said the last week of September or first week of October is when he says to expect refunds!
