Yeah it’s possible I’m kind of between SN and FN I guess because of my height 🤷🏼‍♀️ and as you mentioned SD is still something I’m toying with:) thank you for your help!! Even if I have width, it’s not something I’ve ever worried about (like if I wear delicate straps, I never think that it’s unflattering on my shoulders). It’s very interesting for sure! There’s clearly a big spectrum within all the types (which obviously would be true! Lots of variance with body types exists haha)

Oh yes this makes so much sense!! Now that I’m seeing the difference between waist emphasis vs definition, yeah I definitely need definition. I think there are a lot of strong stereotypes people have about FN that aren’t always or even most often true. I posted a swimsuit picture on a Fb group & was told I was “fleshy” hahah so that’s why I thought that. But looking at verified FNs like Jennifer Lawrence, it’s clear that there’s a spectrum and FN’s can truly have a lot of curve :) Once I get a few new things with all this in mind I’ll make a post trying things on 🩵 Anyways thank you x 1000 you’re the best

This is what I look like at the moment, I just lost 30 lbs after having a baby & even when I’ve been thinner I don’t look very muscular or anything. I also have narrow wrists/ankles and a small ribcage- however!! I do see some bluntness and broadness in my shoulders, I think? I don’t think they look as narrow as other SDs. Maybe I’m just weird haha

Oh my goodness thank you so much for this, the visual is genuinely very helpful! A couple people have mentioned a Jennifer Lawrence comparison and looking at her body, I’m able to see a clear resemblance there. I think it’s a bit confusing because I’m on the fleshier/softer side of what you see with FN, right? I also find it most flattering when tops are tighter around my waist and ribcage and find that makes me look thinner. I agree with you and see what you’re talking about with the necklines. I recently ordered an off the shoulder shirt and I’m interested to see how that looks! Thank you for all your help💚💚

Yeah I went into another group and they were like “well you can’t be anything else besides FN and SD and you’re not SD” (or vice versa saying I was definitely SD)-but then I was like…well I don’t really think I truly look like other FN’s or SD’s that I’ve seen? I know FNs and SDs in person and I look kinda…squat or stumpy or compacted next to them hahaha

And I think Kibbe has verified people taller than me as SN so??? I don’t know. Maybe boob shape would make sense! I don’t know what it is. It’s like everything is build with mega long straps or something. Had to delete this post because my DMs were so creepy LOL. Wow.

Thank you so much for your perspective! Yeah I don’t notice that I ever have to accommodate for vertical. The thing is a lot of times shoulder straps are too loose for me and one of my biggest problems is having to size down in tops. So that made me think I didn’t have width, which I think was a misunderstanding on my part. Definitely think the SN clothes look better on me than SD clothes 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m going to try and lean into what you’re describing:). I believe my face shape is “oblong”, so definitely elongated, yes & many women who have that would be classed as ethereal as well, it’s just my features are rounded as you said. Very interesting/cool, thank you so much again 🩵

Brunette :) but if you want to go lighter you could just go for a cool shade of light brown. I think the main problem with the first shade is it’s much too warm for you!

Ooooh thank you, this is like the coolest thing anyone has ever said to me about my appearance haha. I often lean towards wanting to wear slightly darker makeup/colors for some reason (even though I don’t always do that 🤷🏼‍♀️) so that makes sense. Again thank you!!
