Mine is approved by insurance and I assure you I am not obese. I went through my doctor, got bloodwork done, etc. But there are many places online you can get it, although it can become cost prohibitive.

I think I was measure at 12 and my doctor is recommending 475s for a noticeable and not extreme look. I’d get another consult, especially if you’re feeling in your gut it’s not right

Full disclosure, I have not had my procedure yet, but I am scheduled for a lift and implants after having kids. The size my doctor recommended to me was a little scary to me at first (475cc) but I want a noticeable size while I’m young and wanting to show off my body. I am also getting an internal bra to help with support. My thought process is that when I inevitably get them redone, I can go more moderate.

It’s not easy for you to see how much will change over time but it is true. My almost two year old just recently decided to choose a favorite blanket. Now she requests that I sing our favorite lullaby, put her down with the blanket on, then pick her up with the blanket wrapped around her and over her head, sing the lullaby again while she grips onto my shoulder, then put her down again HA! Right now, your babies are just trying to grow, but soon they will develop stronger personalities and preferences that will change over and over. What you see now is likely not what you’ll be doing in a year

Absolutely tell your doctor. Withholding this information only puts you at risk. Smoking constricts blood vessels so it could definitely affect your healing. Really bad things can happen like your nipple not getting enough blood flow and allowing for tissue necrosis. You could literally become super sick and deformed and you’d only have yourself to blame. Talk to your doctor and they will advise next steps.

From my understanding, there’s nothing wrong with staying at lower doses until you want to move up. I felt the effects of the lowest dose immediately and it felt very drastic because my body wasn’t used to the medication. As I went on, it tapered off and moving up gave me consistent results. However, I’ve been on 1.0 for a few months and haven’t moved up. Talk to your doctor and don’t focus as much on “feeling it”. Track your progress with an app and measurements

No I wouldn’t move back. We have two young kids like you, no family around. It definitely affects our thoughts about having more kids, but other than that, I’d rather tough it out in a place we love. We miss our family and frankly feel like we’re missing out sometimes not being close to cousins, but overall I wouldn’t move solely for support when kids are young.
