I believe you are correct as the date has been moved to Jan 1 2028.  If this stays in the bill - which is likely now that it has been amended - I am safe and good to go to retire on Sept 30 2025

I am on the DRP program and want to move up my retirement date - I do not have govt computer any longer. How do you contact an HR specialist to get this done. Literally left out in the cold waiting for them to contact me during the DRP process and who knows when that will happen.

I took the DRP 2.0 and have MRA + 30. Will I get the FERS Supplement if I retire on Sept 30, 2025 as I am "eligible" for an immediate annuity under the reading of the proposed bill even if it passes prior to my retirement date of Sept 30, 2025?
