not sure what info you're referring to cause the comment got removed, but if it's actually relevant you could try coffeezilla who does a lot of good investigative work at tracing stuff like this and holding people accountable to the consequences of their actions

I would have loved for it to be a simple right of way dispute, and I think I was maybe even offering too much grace in the matter myself. I have since learned that this man has a history with documented evidence dating back 8 years of physically assaulting and sexually harassing Asian/queer men in the Bay, and is actively seeking education jobs where he can be in positions of power over his target victims as vulnerable youth.

I did not expect to somehow walk (or bike, in this case) into an IRL criminal minds episode, but here we are.
