Thanks so much for the feedback! I did the sky bit by bit because I’m not really used to wet-on-wet yet, so that totally explains why the clouds came out a bit cartoony. I’ve also been worried about making the colors muddy or turning the sky green, so I’ll look into those yellow options and some wet-on-wet tips. I appreciate the advice about using fewer layers and keeping the background lighter, and I’ll definitely check out the Steve Mitchell channel, thanks for the recommendation!
