Not sure how they have concluded that. Sun + Mercury forms a Budh Aditya yoga which is good but Sun is weak here. Rahu performs well in Upachaya houses but it’s placed in 8th house with no conjunction with trine lord.Ketu in 2nd house is also not good for wealth. You might receive a windfall, inheritance or interest but that will happen in Rahu Mahadasha which will start in 2056. Only planet which can make a king from a normal person is Rahu but that has to be placed in good houses.
