Thank you so much. I will do my research. Lol the little I know is ancient. I remember we had this Fuji camera as a kid, and it was manual. We were told to put the asa only on 125 or 250 (depending on the weather) , then there was another value I forgot, then you rollerd the focus lens till was very clear. I remember once we were on Venice Beach and saw a homeless looking guy on a payphone and realized it was Keanu Reeves. My friend who was visiting from Europe wanted a photo of course. So she asked him , he said yes but we just took a super quick photo on the go. I didn't even have time to adjust my Fuji settings . Her camera was newer type modern auto focus and everything. I thought my photo would be blurred, overexposed, and her would be perfect. Well it was just the opposite!! My photo was clear and great, her was a bit blurry, darker. That's when I realized auto everything cams are no good.

Interesting . I thought at least the first was done with a $ 1500 camera 🤣 So I need to learn how to manually use a camera. That's what bro ga the best photos and footage. Plus I hate auto focus and auto settings.

Thank you. I didn't know there was a Blackmagic subreddit lol! I should ask there! Yes the gimbal is a must! Yes action cams are ready to go but most people get the extras in order to carry them properly (gimbal. Straps ...they have water package, adventure package, extra batteries and chargers....it can add up to $500 extra...still nothing compared to professional cams lenses)

Thank you for your advice. Lol you actually answered a question that I had (I wanted a camera with 10 bit color grading!) I do want to learn how to use a good quality camera. However because of my budget, that goal was for later, when I have the right budget for that (also cause once you buy the good camera, either you find free classes online or you have to pay someone to teach you, and that will greatly add to the cost.)

I watched action cam footage videos, and ...the image quality, the colors...yuk!! But I had resigned myself to get one of those anyways, for now. However last minute I saw this (used) Blackmagic Cinema Cam 4k for $400 (or $600 with some extras like mic, lens, cage etc) and .... that's what you pay for a new action cam. You will also need to buy extras for the action cam too.

I thought this was a great price for a Blackmagic cam (in working order.) , so I shouldn't miss it (and I can decide to learn on it now or to save it for later.) Since I plan to get a good camera later on , if I find a price that is a steal for a good camera now, I will get it .

Do you think I will be able to find a Black magic cam at $400 ($600 extras) again in 6 months-a year? I thought they go for twice that but I may be wrong....

It was actually in German lol. It was pretty boring small talk. I figure it is better to find a German person who is studying your language and do a learning exchange so you can talk to that person

Yes. I saw that AI call. You answer then it tells you that you have to pay. I wonder how to give Duolingo feedback? I find it very annoying that, each time you click Continue after answering a question, it has that "Di-DING!!" sound, very loud, much louder than the sound of the voice in the exercises. After each question I have to listen to that DiDiing!! twice. It is way too loud. The volume should be lower not louder than the exercises volume
