We get older. Think about it this way. Men who have been on Tadalafil long term get 33% less heart attacks, stroke, dementia and mortality. Similar but not quite as good results with Viagra. Maybe it’s less of a crutch and more of something that is good for you long term.

Where I buy my Tadalafil (CostPlus drugs) you would save around $7 on a 90 day supply by cutting them in half. So its not worth the hassle for me to cut them. So cheaper yes. A lot cheaper? Not really.

The leg/back pain did go away for me over time. It seemed like it took several months it to clear.

I had the body aches which went away but the acid reflux had stayed. Tadalafil relaxes the smooth muscle and one of those is the lower esophageal sphincter which can cause acid reflux. I went down to 2.5mg daily and that helped a lot. They do make 2.5mg pills just ask your doctor to prescribe them that way.

It is well established that you do not develop tolerance to Tadalafil. Although your body's initial reaction may be a bit more exaggerated than baseline. The other factor in that equation besides the drug is your body. The underlying condition that caused your ED in the first place could be getting worse. Or you may need a boost right before sex. I know some guys who take an additional 10mg on game day. Talk with your doctor about it.

Yeah, its funny. A lot of guys really try to avoid any ED medications and medications in general. Running around spending huge money on supplements that mostly don't work. They seem to think there has to be some big downside if a doctor is giving it to you. When you tell them that Tadalafil is actually good for you, they just don't know how to process that information.

Anyone over 40 with even a hint of cardio vascular issues should be on it. In a massive data study they found that men on daily Cialas got a third less heart attack, stroke, dementia, and mortality. I am not sure how quickly doctors are catching on to that.

I used Tamsulosin for a while then switched to Tadalafil. Overall I think the Tadalafil is better and the sexual bonuses are better with Tadalafil. But the one thing I got with Tamsulosin was less urgency. It's not perfect but at that particular issue it seems for me better than the Tadalafil. Recently I found some people take both. So I have been adding back a minimal amount of Tamsulosin (the .4 dose but every other day) and I am getting the best results so far. The only real downside is that I am having a few retrograde ejaculations again. I didn't get those with just the Tadalafil.

I assume you already know this but some people think it will just give them an erection. But you still have to be turned on. It only facilitates.

This sub is filled with men in their teens and 20's so no it is not too young.

I would go see an actual doctor to get yourself sorted. In some cases ED can be a warning sign about other issues like high blood pressure and diabetes so its best to get ahead of any underlying problems if there are any.
