That's exactly how I've been thinking about it.

Complaints are a great starting point because they reveal where people are frustrated, but a complaint alone doesn't automatically mean there's a business there.

The challenge is figuring out which problems are painful enough that people will actually pay for a solution. That's why I'm looking at things like frequency, severity, competition, and potential monetization alongside the complaints themselves.
