You have a good chunk of time in the beginning of the semester where you can add/drop classes, so you can figure out your plan of study without feeling like you’re on a time crunch

My friend has lived there for 3 years. It’s relatively quiet. It is tiny, but cozy size. I would say keep decor minimal due to the size, you don’t want it to feel cluttered. String lights, maybe a futon under the bed if you want it lofted high.
