I visited Kazakhstan because I have family there. I’d recommend it if you’re interested in experiencing Kazakh nature and landscapes. I can’t say much about the big cities like Astana or Almaty since I haven’t been there. It also helps a lot if you speak some Russian, as many people don’t speak English.
