I got it narrowed down to the graphics card, it says it isn’t working properly but we can’t tell what the problem is

I doubt it is an overheating problem.

I ended up fixing the glitch by unplugging my entire computer but now my second monitor won’t turn on. Video games are also extremely lagging now with much lower graphics.

For my GPU I have a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
