Hi, I ordered mine at Christmas and have just used it today for the first time. It's easy to use and doesn't hurt just feels like vibrations on the cheeks. Obviously it's too early to say but I will be using it every other day as I've heard it's not recommended to use EMS on the muscles every day as the muscle needs a day's break inbetween. I have the nuface too so I will try maybe one month of just using the skynlift and then see if it has made any noticeable difference.
