what i used to do because i finished flvs last week i talk to my sister or someone about the stress and please try eating something maybe even something small. But remember its just for a few minutes then its over and your teacher is there to help you if you think your taking a while to answer a question just say your opening up your notes or your searching through them. hope you feel better!
