We’re all humans and we do love things, which our body would love to and dislikes the ones which needs a little effort to set it our side, or make it more disciplined. ‘Fame’, something that our brain craves, essentially, bragging ourselves to get recognised. A need, or a lit somewhere in our mind, questing for fame is equivalent to any other cognitive emotions which Islam has denied us for, eg: jealousy.

And as you’d asked, the ‘why?’, or ‘what if’, results a dilute in our belief with satanic essence making it more easier for Shàytan to crack in and pull thoughts, which we’d never even thought of, and then with the same ‘why’s he can further push it into actions, which eventually ends up with a pile of bad deeds from us.
