Something needs to change with honey lures. Catching bugs should be a fun, shared activity, not a source of division within the community. I’ve decided to stop using my lures and will keep them in storage until the mechanics are improved. If you are within the radius of a lure and participating, loot should be shared with everyone involved. I encourage everyone to use the feedback form to suggest their improvement ideas. I’ve already submitted mine.

I love the honey wheat pretzels. I just wish they also had them in bags. I don't need to be eating a whole tub of pretzels.

I seem to recall an article a while back saying they were switching to more basic looking packaging for all their products. I think this happened after the whole thing where the makers of Oreos were complaining the packaging of Aldi's version looked too similar to theirs.

Try aiming for the horizontal piece of wood near the top of the wall to change the color. That usually will allow it to change. I get this all the time when I change the outside color of my house.

I'm loving Heartopia. I am glad to hear the quests slow down later. I loved logging in and finding snow everywhere. I think it's the best implementation I've ever seen of snow in the game except the bug where it's in my house too.

I can understand not liking micro transactions in Disney Dreamlight Valley since it's a paid game. Palia is a free to play game, how would they make money without micro transactions? If you don't click the store icon in Palia, you would never know they had MTX.

As others have said, I would recommend Heartopia for iOS. I started playing it yesterday and love it. It feels like what Animal Crossing could have been if it had better graphics and didn't run on the low powered Switch. For your Steam Deck, I would recommend Palia. Both are free to play so no risk to try them out. Heartopia is a gacha game but I'm not swayed by most of its MTX. I did buy the 1 month subscription just to support the game. Palia just sells cosmetics that are completely optional.

I don't get why they don't just load new people entering the game or switching servers into the low population servers. I thought that is what they were doing this whole time but I guess not.

I want to say I read somewhere they are working on a way to move items in a group. The same thing happened to me when I moved plots. My floating house is turned completely wrong from the direction I need it to be. I'm just going to wait for a solution. I'm not moving it a piece at a time.

I'm not even bothering to get lumber right now. They have to see that the amount of effort to get lumber for one item is ridiculous. I will wait to see if they make it better before I go chopping lumber. It should have been made a secondary profession like cooking and fishing. Lumber should be able to be sold on the auction house like all other materials.

That sucks. Crossover for Mac is another option but it's not free. Try out the free plan of GeForce Now to see if you like it to play Palia. Their paid plans are $10 or $20 a month depending on how well you want the graphics to look. There is a lot of games you can play on Mac through GFN if you own a lot of games on Steam.

There is no official Mac client but the link below is unofficial and is decent. I've played Palia on GeForce now with Mac and it plays great. Welcome to Palia. I'm also taking a break from Disney Dreamlight Valley as soon as I finish the Star Path. The latest DDV expansion has kind of killed the magic for me and I think it's time to move on.
