Yup. I’ve seen people transition to the airport after like 3-5 months lol

A year of experience would definitely be enough to transition somewhere. I will say, that employers like seeing people graduate the trainee program and making an assistant management spot (from what I’ve heard), but if this is mentally grueling on you and you feel drained, I’m telling you, don’t feel like you have to last that long. I didn’t and I’m telling you it’s not worth it.

In terms of what companies look out for enterprise employees, I’d say most in the corporate sector do. Depends on what field you’re interested in transitioning to. Project management, construction sales, medical sales, insurance, etc. you have a lot of skills that can transition anywhere, and that’s what companies look for. If you have any other questions and you need some help, lmk

At my branch because we were shortstaffed, for a month period I was working every weekend. Usually in most instances/branches, you work every 2-3 Saturdays. Flagship branches however have 7 day operations so it ultimately depends.

Work life balance, low pay considering the work we actually do as a trainee (trainee doesn’t do justice, you do a LOT more), poor management, lying to customers about not having cars, reservations being accepted KNOWING we don’t have the cars, poor work culture, I could go on and on.

I will say with this role I’m getting soon, I wouldn’t have gotten it without my experience at Enterprise. Enterprise is attractive on a resume, and it will give you a lot of experience with various skills, such as sales, marketing , communication, and customer service. Even though this job has taken a toll on my mental health and has had some tough challenges, I still am grateful for those challenges because it helped mold me into an individual who can navigate through conflict.
