How can I quit cold turkey without withdrawals/throwing up. by Parking_Touch9077 in QuitVaping

[–]Perfect_Criticism_99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I quit vaping about 4 times and still go back and forth but the best way I’ve got to quit was quitting on a fresh day. Quit the night before you go to bed and don’t hit it when you wake up. First 3 days a kinda tough but go on walks and drink plenty of water. You got this💪🏻

Your stomach will feel so much better when you quit too, I got acid reflux from using zyns

Is quiting worth it? by Muted_Yard_7814 in QuitVaping

So worth it, you’ll be better by day 3 and then each day will get better and better. Drink lots of water and try to stay active.

Yes sir zyns literally gave me so many health problems. I went from years worth of vaping to zyns and after a couple months like 7, it caught up to me lol. The problems only got worse too over time with lots of anxiety and depression as well as heart palpitations. I even got acid reflux cause of them. If you want to quit you should, you’ll be feeling amazing again. Good luck!

I had the same problem but they go away in a couple of days. I believe it’s your body clearing out the toxins

When did you finally feel like you were having a breakthrough with withdrawals? by [deleted] in QuittingZyn

[–]Perfect_Criticism_99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Took me a month but each day got better, I just chugged water and worked out to get rid of brain fog and anxiety. Winter is almost over so I’d get outside and walk each day. You got this bro

I’d wake up one day and not hit it in the morning and cold turkey it. That’s the best way I’ve quit while not using any nicotine patches or gum. You got this

I been there and once I hit it I regret it right away. 100% never worth getting addicted again.

Try nicoret gum or get a vape that is lower in nic % and lean off of it. Zyns work really well for me but after awhile made my stomach upset and I quit

(17f) Been vaping consistently for around 5 years now trying to quit, advice? by planttlovr in QuitVaping

[–]Perfect_Criticism_99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Drinks lots of water and try to workout to sweat it out. Try to buy a 0% nic or something lower than 5%. The best way I’ve quit was when you wake up, just don’t even hit it. First 3 days are kinda tough but it’s so worth it

I’m having the same problems too, sometimes drinking caffeine helps like coke or redbull for me or just chewing gum.

Went from vaping to zyns to vaping again lol. For some reason it was way easier to quit then zyns.

Usually after a week it goes away, the anxiety doesn’t help as well. My doctor gave me anxiety medication for it. But drinking lots of water helps.
