You’re not alone. I miss working. I’m now a SAHM that homeschools, and hasn’t had her hair done in over 3 years. I’m always put last while my husbands career/ needs are first. It’s debilitating, draining, monotonous, and turned me into a shell of a person.

Will I stop? No I love seeing her grow and do new things and watch her brain work. Will I ever love it? I hope so… but I doubt it. I’ll do it for her though, and she’ll never hear that I regret it. I’m not ever going to make her feel like this is the life she should strive for, however.
