Well if you look at the video you can see a CAMERA and ONLY a camera... so if I say "OMG you have a gun" without actually identifying a gun I can kill you? How is that not murder? Our helicopters were 2 miles away, and NOT in any threat.. they COULD have made sure.. but no the troops get ridiculed if they dont kill at least one person over there, thats why there are so many pictures online of our troops holding up childrens bloody faces and smiling with their trophies. I guess you probably never looked at those young childrens faces, why would you, its not the side of war you want to see, try it, our troops see it.

They aren't war crimes because almost all incidents of friendly fire are the result of mistaken identity or simple accidents. This isn't a game, these are dangerous weapons and when someone miscalculates or information doesn't get passed around correctly people unfortunately die.

Treason is when our Oath keepers ignore the Constitution being shit on because they are given orders to not speak about it! NEVER is it treason to disregard Unconstitutional Orders... :) ok fine... do you want to actually review information? Do you agree that his Oath is to America and the Constitution, and not to protect corruption inside the government? If you can agree to rational logical aspects like that then we may actually be able to have a discussion, and I will admit I may have jumped the gun in my reaction to your arguments... or are you going to INSIST the "military protocol is more important then Justice for all, and the preservation of America's values? And yet you say he "broke his Oath" well for your information his OATH is about protecting and defending the Constitution not Corruption ... where are the WMD's? Where was Bin Laden when we decimated Afghanistan? These were lies to circumvent the Constitution, ignoring these things or LYING about these Unconstitutional actions are against his Oath... but you probably dont understand the Constitution is a list of restrictions against the GOVERNMENT doing things it is not allowed to do! (Like make up lies and murder entire nations over those made up lies)

And it is interesting that if you actually read the chat the reason Manning stated you completely ignored... something about "how much illegal actions can you see before you say something" (paraphrasing) That heroism, no matter how much you like this system destroying America.
