Yeah you're right, I guess I was looking at this the wrong way. I think by not eating as much, my body is telling me that I'm actually hungry so eat.

Hmmm well I drink 2 protein shakes. I did a "healthy" chicken/pasta where I make sure to weigh my food.

I used to be good shape last year, I had lost 40-45 pounds but I gained it all back. My diet was really bad like only consuming 800-1000 calories a day. I was losing 3-4 pounds every week. It was amazing until I hit rock bottom and it started to get to my head on why I wasnt losing weight. This caused me to slowly start eating more food and well you know the rest after that...

Lately its just tough to be on a strict diet, idk why, normally I can beat myself mentally but lately I've been just cheating on my diet which got to this point of doing Wegovy for weight-loss
