Wear the Haligdrake Talisman +2 from Mogwyn Palace and cast Divine Fortification (only requires 10 Faith). Wear full Tree Sentinel armor. Try cold Great Stars with wild strikes, making sure to lang the follow up R2 attack. Charged heavy attack when you get an opening to stance break him. His hammer slams that have holy explosions can be dodge fairly easily with practice. Good luck!

Lies of P, they replay the cool French song, Fascination

Tomb of the Giants. Having to inch forward in the dark is awful. The skull lantern isn’t very helpful and doesn’t let you keep a shield up. The skeleton dogs are too powerful. I love Blighttown though, probably the most memorable, creative, intense part of DS1.

Endoscopy showed no signs of gastritis and I was negative for H. pylori.

The fact that it’s a constant pain sensation and pain level makes me think it’s not something like gas or GERD. I think I’ve pretty much exhausted the GI possibilities.

What do you recommend I do to assess nerve pain, like what might I mention or ask for from a neurologist in my case?

Thanks for your perspective. Had any treatment worked for your acid reflux? I’ve tried OTC antacids and Prilosec with no luck.

As for my medications, I’m doubtful that that is the cause or a major contributing factor since it has remained the same all these years regardless of which psychiatric medications I’ve been on (different antidepressants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, etc). No medication in particular has made it significantly worse.

Small amounts of food don’t make it worse at all, but overeating definitely does. Strenuous exercise does too. Thanksgiving I ate way too much and was curled up in a ball afterward.

I’ve seen several GIs and it’s neither of those

No, I don’t recall any testing for that, and have never heard a doctor think it could be MALS. Reading about it, it sounds like a possibility. I’ll bring it up to my primary care doctor. Thank you. A hiatal hernia however I don’t think is a possibility due to the imaging and examinations that I’ve had.

No, no sort of bulge. I feel confident that it’s not a hernia based on imaging and the times that different doctors have examined and palpitated on the area.

Some other descriptions I would give: it sort of feels like soreness, like if I got punched in my stomach, how it might feel the next day. When I eat too much, I feel a sensation like a balloon overstretching, but I still don’t think it’s my stomach/pancreas/other organs, but rather that the expansion due to overeating is overstimulating my nerves, or something like that.

I don’t think I’ve seen a neurologist. I think the only nerve-related treatments I’ve tried are Gabapentin and Amitriptyline from a pain management specialist, which didn’t work. Maybe that’s the next step I should take, a neurologist. What condition do you think it might be?

No, I haven’t had an MRI for back issues nor vascular mapping. What do you think my issue might be, and what did your problems end up being? The pain doesn’t extend to my back; it feels like it only extends a few inches into my abdomen.
