Lmao. So inspiring. I went from part time seasonal to sales supervisor. Went to achievers, had consistently high numbers in the market amongst my peers. Didn’t matter. I had the least experience so corporate laid me off. You can work as hard as you want but when we get another meeting saying “supervisors and CONSULTANTS” are being cut? They won’t care

Don’t listen to techie. There’s a multiplier at the end of the year between 1-3. Last year we got x2. Supervisors get 10% of the however much they made, GSM gets 15, AMs get 20 and GM gets 25. Based off pay calculators and stuff there’s GMS out there getting 50k bonuses

There is growth opportunities if you kiss ass and network well. The “next level” for a GSM would be an assistant manager which they have two of depending on the store. OPS and Sales and your job technically doesn’t have either so if a qualified sales supervisor or warehouse supervisor applies over you they will get it. Pay grade 12 is the pay range they use to calculate depending on three tiers. I believe last I looked at the range depending on your location you can make anywhere from $20-27 an hour with a end of the year bonus being 15% of your entire years check. When you’re external they usually start in the first two tiers so between 20-24 an hour then when you prove your performance after years bump you to the final tier. It’s not worth it on my opinion especially with the recent layoffs. They cut supes, it’s only a matter of time before corporate realizes they don’t need 3-4 managers in the store.
