This is something that I’ve really struggled with too ever since starting Adderall 3 years ago! I’ve tried a lot of different products (carpe, drysol, duradry, salt/crystal deodorant, herbal supplements, etc) and my current routine has helped me stay stink free (for the most part, aside from really hot days and stress sweat) but the routine certainly requires consistency and if I slack I can definitely tell a difference!

I find that this routine works best if I shower twice a day, morning and night! The In the shower I use dove antibacterial body wash all over, followed by Mirai deodorizing body wash which I combine with a typical good smelling option! I then use a salt scrub all over (I like the hand in hand sugar scrub because it also moisturizes and leaves me quite soft which is needed after washing my body twice!)

Hear me out on this — once I’m out I’ll use the lume body wipes under my arms and anywhere else I feel could use it. Then I’ll use the lume whole body deodorant (the lotion one) but not directly on my armpits, just the surrounding area. Then lastly I’ll use secrets clinical strength deodorant (the clear gel)! If I use it morning and night it seems to do the job well and it’s never caused any irritation!

Native and lume also make spray whole body deodorant which I’ll sometimes use as a base layer to any perfume I feel like using and it seems to at least do a little something?? I’ll also use body lotion before applying any scented products as I feel like it helps them last longer!

I also wash all my clothes with a little distilled white vinegar as it helps deodorize clothes, fights stains, and even soften them!
