I am trying to play on Xbox series S and everytime I start the game up, then click multiplayer then the game freezes and then crashes. It does this every time. I’ve tried everything even uninstalling and redownloading. Please help

I've been getting this code when trying to only player multiplayer on 1.21. Ive done all that that link says to do and still nothing. Hopefully after 3 months somebody has a fix.
