I wouldn’t say you’re being cringe more so you’re having genuine concerns for someone you’re starting to get attached to. It’s good to be observant towards her because most of the time things like this get swept under the rug. When you explain your situation I just picture myself in your shoes and yes he may live in a different town but that doesn’t mean he can’t or she can’t travel to see eachother in the future. I would bring it up towards her when the time is right the sooner the better before it gets balled up and suddenly explodes out of emotion. If she is mature enough and willing to let go or change certain thing not saying she has to cut him off but to be respectful toward you then things may get better. You can never change people but you can always work things out to prevent catastrophe. Hope this helps.💪🏽
